Property Highlight Video

To showcase your home, we will shoot a highlight video of your property. This video can be leveraged on social media posts and my social media advertising to generate even more attention on your listing. There are a few different types of videos we can create, and it will depend on the unique characteristics of your home. My highlight videos leveraged in the social media advertising play a big part in ensuring the whole town knows about your home!

Pre-Listing Home Inspection

For a Seller, getting a pre-listing home inspection can be helpful as they begin their selling process, as it gives them more time and control over repairs and prices their home more accurately before it’s on the market.

Not only this, but a home inspection report prior to listing can provide multiple benefits to negotiating with buyers in the most effective way possible.
