My pricing structure starts with an innovative mindset and a desire to create a win-win situation for me and my clients. I have very little overhead and pay minimum fees to my brokerage each year, allowing me to pass on those savings. For example, on most transactions, I pay my brokerage $195; other agents I know pay as much as 55% of their commission to their brokerage and team!
If you’re selling
Unlike other agents in the Lynchburg area, I do not charge a commission percentage. I charge a flat fee based on the services you need, regardless of the sales price. Depending on the price of your home, that can save you thousands of dollars.
How selling works →If you’re buying
I charge a more reasonable fee, and every buyer I have represented has had my fee covered by the seller. In most purchases, I negotiate enough to create a credit back to you at closing, which in the past has ranged from a few hundred dollars to more than $12,000.
How buying works →I am paid at closing just like any other real estate agent.
