Mason is incredible to work with. I am typically not a fan of realtors, however, my experience with Mason was phenomenal. He is prompt, professional, communicates well and truly goes above and beyond. Here are a few areas I was particularly impressed with: 1) Upfront research - provided a comprehensive overview and background for pricing our home. He clearly walked through the process and provided a detailed report that helped me understand my home's value. 2) Listing - Mason picked high quality photographer/videographer to ensure our home looked its best. Mason clearly took time to create a writeup for our home, but was willing to adjust areas where we wanted to and worked with us to ensure it was comprehensive. 3) Negotiation - This is where Mason particularly excels. He made sure we understood not just the face value of the offer, but more importantly what the bottom line was. Mason advocated on our behalf and ensured that we were getting the best deal. 4) Misc. - Mason was the seller's agent for our home - but his advice and assistance also helped us as we purchased another home with another agent (I would have loved to bring Mason to be my realtor in another state - but that was not an option). Bottom Line - if you are selling a home in Lynchburg or surrounding areas you cannot go wrong working with Mason.

Mason was excellent to work with in buying our home. After getting outbid by a cash investor on our first offer, he negotiated with the seller to let us offer on a unit that was not even listed yet. He was always super responsive to our questions and always came back with the answers we needed. Even if he did not have the answer right away he took time to research and find what we needed. Our closing timeline was extremely tight and Mason was persistent with the seller and builders to make sure the house was done in time and all of the paperwork was in order to make sure we did not lose our mortgage rate lock. I would absolutely recommend Mason to anyone looking to buy a home in the area!

Not being from the Lynchburg area we decided to speak with various realtors prior to deciding. I loved hearing about Mason's approach to real estate and things he did to differentiate himself from his competition. He absolutely delivered on all of his promises and made our search and ultimate purchase a great experience. Some of his best qualities are his tireless work ethic and desire to do what ever was required to satisfy our needs. He was also great about allowing us to observe each house and then offered us very insightful observations without swaying us. So grateful that we reached out to Mason when we first started exploring Lynchburg, VA as an investment market. I am so late in posting this review to provide my very positive review on Mason. I moved across country and my schedule barely allowed me the time to do something I wanted to do very early on which was praise Mason's amazing skills. Prior to hiring Mason we spoke for months planning the strategy and asking the right market questions. He was always more than willing to answer all my questions and when it was time to sell he was amazing! My home sold within 24 hours of going on the market. I know this sounds too good to be true but I swear it is true. I have bought and sold many homes in my life and this was seemless. His suggestions were great on our selling strategy and he kept me apprised every step of the way from inspections, any minor issues that needed to be remediated and answered any questions quickly and with kindness and a high work ethic which trust me is hard to find these days.
