A flat fee is unusual enough that good sellers are right to ask hard questions. Here are mine, answered plainly.

Is a flat fee just a discount service?
Not at all. Every listing gets the full effort on this page, regardless of price. The fee is lower because a percentage was never tied to the actual work in the first place.

How can you charge a more reasonable fee than other agents?
Low overhead and an efficient model. I pay minimal fees to my brokerage, often around $195 on a transaction, where many agents hand up to 55% of their commission to a brokerage and team. I pass that savings straight to you.

Will my home still be listed on the MLS?
Yes. As a full-service agent, your home is listed on the MLS and syndicated to hundreds of sites, including Zillow, Realtor.com, and Homes.com. Full service, full exposure.

Are you paid upfront or at closing?
At closing, the same as any other agent. Nothing comes out of your pocket before your home sells.

Will a lower fee cost me at the sale price?
Not in the least. Prep and pricing drive your sale price, and both are delivered at full caliber. You keep more without netting less.
