I am paid at closing just like any other real estate agent.

Of course! I am a full-service real estate agent. Your property will be listed on the MLS and syndicated to 100s of other listing sites, including Zillow, Realtor, and Redfin.

My pricing structure starts with an innovative mindset and a desire to create a win-win situation for me and my clients. I have very little overhead and pay minimum fees to my brokerage each year, allowing me to pass on those savings. For example, on most transactions, I pay my brokerage $195; other agents I know pay as much as 55% of their commission to their brokerage and team!

Contrary to other agents in the Lynchburg area, I do not charge based on a commission percentage. Rather, I charge a flat fee based on the services needed regardless of the sales price. Depending on the price of your home, this pricing model is intended to save you thousands of dollars!

You definitely can, and depending on the current housing market, you may not even have much trouble selling it. In my experience and research, however, you will likely lose money while adding a lot of stress to moving.

There are a lot of online tools that can be useful to estimate your home’s value like Zillow, Realtor, Remax, and Chase. While these tools can provide a general estimate, it is best to work with a Realtor to compare your property to others that were recently sold in your area by performing a comparative market analysis (CMA).
